Returns and Refunds
If you encounter any issues with your order, or wish to cancel or request a return please contact us using one of the methods on our contact page within 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods.
Returned items should be in the same condition as they were when you received them. A deduction may be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. If an item was originally sealed for hygeine reasons, the seal must remain intact in order to receive a full refund for the item.
After receiving a valid return we will then refund you within 14 days the cost of the goods and the standard delivery cost (if applicable) you paid to get the goods sent to you in the first place.
You must cover the delivery cost for returning unwanted goods back to us unless they’re faulty. Please retain proof of postage if you ship the items back to us.
